A decision whether to grant our application for an ACV on the ‘eastern annexe’ of the Henry Jenkins will be decided by HBC on 30th August

KM PC discussed the ACV application at their monthly meeting at Greygarth Chapel, Dallowgill with a view to their making a response to HBC, which we hope and expect to be positive for us…

Mr Fielder rejected our offer to purchase the Pub which we sent July 3. He was quite open in telling us he wants to sell at a price that recoups ALL of the costs he has incurred over the last 8 years, including the costs of his failed appeals!
This is the second time an offer in line with an independent valuation has been rejected by the owner.

An offer to purchase both parts of the pub was placed with the owners, David Fielder & Justin Claybourn.
Copies were sent to Harrogate Borough Council and the local Parish Council were notified.
This bid falls within the moratorium time given after the owner of the Pub notified that it was for sale.
