APPLICATION TO BE AN ASSOCIATE MEMBER – ONLINE APPLICATION

Associate Members are welcome to volunteer or offer advice to the management team. They are supporters of the Society and its aims.  Associate Members are not shareholders in the Society and have no voting rights.

Associate Members can convert their support into full voting membership at any time, on application and by purchasing shares in the Society. (Scroll down to see APPLICATION TO BE A FULL MEMBER, below).

Existing Members of the Society (ie. those who have applied to purchase shares) cannot also be Associate members.

APPLICATION TO BE A FULL MEMBER – ONLINE APPLICATION

This is the online application form to join the Henry Jenkins Community Pub Benefit Society and become a future co-owner of the Pub.

PLEASE NOTE – You do not have to pay anything now, and nothing if we are unable to purchase the Pub. The share/s value  is due if we are able to negotiate to purchase in the future.

SHARE CONDITIONS
You must agree to purchase one or more shares of the Society.
The shares are £250 per share and multiples can be purchased.
You do not need to pay for the shares until there is exchange of contracts on the purchase of the Pub by the Society.

Members are shareholders in the Society and have full voting rights, on a one member one vote basis, as per Society rules. A share certificate will be issued shortly after approval at the relevant Management Committee
meeting.
A record of your membership will be held by our office and will be open to examination only by members and officers of the HJCP Ltd, and any body legally entitled to do so.

COMMUNITY BENEFIT SOCIETY REGISTRATION DOCUMENT
